Send 1 "Virus" Trap Card to activate this card. This face-up card is also treated as a Trap Card. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 DARK monster, your opponent must send all monsters in their hand with the same ATK or less than the Tributed monster. Then, your opponent reveals the top 3 cards from their Deck, and sends all monster with the same ATK or less than the Tributed monster. Then, return the cards in any order. Each time that a DARK monster is Tributed by the effect of a Trap Card, put 1 Virus Counter on this card. When you Tribute a DARK monster to activate the effect of a "Virus" Trap Card, you can remove 2 Virus Counters from this card to return that monster to your hand.

 

Activate only when an opponent's monster declares an attack. Put 8 Spira Counters on this card. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, decrease the DEF of all monsters on the field by 100 x the number of Spira Counters on this card. Only monsters on the field in face-up Defense Position can declare an attack. If a monster attacks while in Defense Position, apply the ATK of that monster for damage calculation. Each time a monster is destroyed, remove 1 Spira Counter from this card. When this card has no Spira Counters, destroy this card.

I know this contest is supposed to be over, however, it doesn't say lock on it, so im going to vote.

Octa-Totems, because i haven't seen a card like it before. not sure how practical it is, but i haven't seen one like it.

Also on the virus lab, that just seems really overpowered. The first sentence is major ocg, and normal grammar

i will vote for octa totum, it is a good way around for a stall card, it kinda forces ur opponent to make the decision on whether to have their monsters to stay as ATK or DEF. Virus lab is overpowered. it sounds more like a continous spell to me. and there's a reason why CCV is limited. this card can very much screw up ur opponet in a few turns.
