Good card, the image is alright but it is a bit blurry, and the OCG is decent.

 

It seems slightly overpowered to me, with the prevention of being destroyed by battle, the double attack, and the piercing damage. Maybe just lower its ATK a bit, as it is kind of high for a Level 7 with this kind of effect.

 

The card could be an effective beatstick though.

picture is from Devil Kings right? :D good picture isn't blurry, just 2 errors: as a result of battle-by battle, and Equip Spell Card effect is good it's balanced to me because cannot attack directly, but make something like "This card can only be Special Summoned..." Good Job! 9/10

Balance:

 

Eh, a feasible addition to the card pool but wouldn't see competitive play. It's impact would be no more than Tyrant Dragon's current impact. Maybe a little worse to be frank. Bordering on underpowered as it can't do anything outside of battle and can't attack directly. Maybe "The Battle Damage this card inflicts to your opponent by attacking directly" instead of the first sentence. I might even have the whole "discard a warrior" thing as preventive of destructive card effects instead. It can hold its own in battle.

 

Effect Quality:

 

It's an amalgamation of pre-used battle effects and drawbacks. Seems like a bit of an effect length grab.
