DUELING QUESTION: i have been dueling for years and i have know every card effect until today. A few of my friends keep telling me that Relinquished's effect "Once per turn" means they can activate it during your opponents turn. will someone please give me a good card ruling website, except yugioh wiki, so that i can prove that is wrong

Once per turn effects only work on your own turn, unless the card says otherwise.

Tell them that I'm an official Konami judge for teh lulz.

two of the people in the tournament is a member of the website, one of them is naruto110 and the other i am not sure of. i also searched that but all it showed was wiki. and they don't consider it as a "reasonable source". i do know one thing, in order to defeat everyone in the tournament. i need to construct a deck that can take on relinquish, GTL, and spell/traps. At our school we use forbidden cards to make the duel more interesting.

I trust it, its just they don't. we use traditional format. can you help me with a new deck?. it revolves around Final countdown and Uria. i might even put last turn.
