And I do conventional meditation.Usually finding a quiet spot in the grass, where I can relax in a sitting position. Hands on my lap, and I repeat something in my head for about an hour. This calms me and allows me to think clearly... And if time isnt there, I may stand and do it quietly with others around. But this requires split attention and isn't as effective.
