Alexstrasza
Card Effect : This card's effect cannot be negated, and it cannot be destroyed. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, you and your opponent cannot play Field Spell Cards, and cannot win the Duel with "The Forbidden One", "Destiny Board", "Last Turn", or "Final Countdown". If you or your opponent's deck runs out of cards, shuffle the respective player's entire graveyard back into their deck. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, neither player can lose the Duel by having their Life Points reduced to 0 or below. Monsters cannot be placed in Defense Position. When either player takes Battle Damage, place 1 Photon Counter on that player's side of the field. When either player has 10 Photon Counters on their side of the field, they win the duel. I suspect there are a few OCG errors in there, since I have never written an essay for a card effect. EDIT : CARD UPDATEDEDIT2 : CARD UPDATED AGAIN <---- Thanks Leturn for the OCGSP
//Zeromaru//
Personally I like the card. The picture is good. And the effect though complicated could be useful. 8.5/10. But I would change "If you take battle damage" to "If you would take battle damage" and the same with your oppeonent. But otherwise a good card. Kazuki Shuheiwa
More OCG fixes: "This card cannot be destroyed by the effect of any Monster, Spell or Trap", and "As long as this card is face-up on the Field, the Duel cannot be put to an end." (VERY wild. Never seen a similar effect like that so it's just plain wild fixing). A few capitalizations (Battle Damage...) too and you're be good to go. Excellent and original effect, I really love it, it redefines Duel winning through different ways. Would love to see such a card produced in the real TCG. 10/10! ragnarok1945
usually dislike instant win effects, but keeping the duel going while LP are at 0 is quite unique, even the anime itself doesn't do that much 9.3/

Fixed OCG Errors and added that other cards that bring the duel to an end will not work :( The only one I have watched in the Anime is in the duel with Dartz (Episode 182) where the Divine Serpent is on the field with ∞ ATK, but Dartz has 0 LP, then also Yugi puts 'Relay Soul' which activated when he hit 0 LP and he summoned his Dark Magician The person who lost their monster (Divine Serpent) or (Dark Magician) lost. Leturn Master
You need some major OCGSP reworkings, but I know what you're trying to say with the card. I'll review it as is, then add OCGSP corrections to balance corrections. Balance:Overpowered. This card kills ANY burn deck, right off the bat. No burn effects will work, which rules out a bunch of cards. Along with that, this card supports the Swarm Style which is already heavily used in the TCG (there are these cards called "Blackwings"... and these other cards called "Lightsworn"...). This card would SUPPORT swarm style (a bunch of monsters with small attack), only enforcing a strategy that's already been overenforced. This card would alter gameplay enormously. Those who DO have the card will be crazy swarmers, and those who DON'T will have to be prepared (and also be crazy swarmers). Which means more decks that copy each other. So it's too strong of a card. But it's an interesting concept. So, what to do? Well, I remember a person who created "Rose Dueling" as a style of Duel. You could create a Photon Duel, Space Duel, Physics Duel, or whatever you'd like to call it. So... yeah. That's my idea.-------------------------------------------------------Now, if you choose to keep this as a card (which I sincerely hope not), it needs some OCGSP changes: This card's effect cannot be negated, and it cannot be destroyed. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, you and your opponent cannot play Field Spell Cards, and cannot win the Duel with "The Forbidden One", "Destiny Board", "Last Turn", or "Final Countdown". That should do it... It's a massacre editing job. But it's an editing job! Good luck with whatever you do. Warm Regards,

Stoopid1
Leturn's OCG fix is pretty good, but it forgot to include that you can't lose as a result of being unable to draw a card. And ya, maybe it should say Damage instead of Battle Damage. Also note that the card is still vulnerable to being RFG'd or bounced.
SushiTheLegend
Concept is awesome, but I think you should try to do it a little differently.

SmallieBigs
It's a double edge sword. If you play like me it's instant win no matter what. This is a cool card I'm thinking 8/10 because you said Forbidden One it's said Exodia the Forbidden One actually. And you missed Exodius!
Dark Mousy
You tried too hard in making this card unique. It turns out it is easily abusable, especially against mill decks. LS will run this in case they play against a mill deck. You've also shut out self mills, involving Exodia. Way too abusable, way overpowered. 6.3/10. The picture isn't great either, nor does it suit the effect.

~Oleon~
It's like a fight till the finish type of card. It gives me the type of feeling that if it were a real card, i would buy it and make a deck based around it. I actually love it, after all, the thought of stopping all ways of winning is great. And also, if you have like 5 really strong cards on your side of the field you would demolish the opponent in seconds. It's strange, and brilliant at the same time. The idea is the best I've heard of in a long time. 10/10.
