Here is my brand new set of cards "Zero Enforcers". "Zero Enforcers" are made up of Level 0 Tuners that can be used to make "Zero Enforced" Synchro monsters. Leave comments, suggestion and/or ratings.

------------------------------------

Zero Enforced Truth

2zheadu.jpg

"Zero Enforcer" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

The Level of this card is treated as 0. The Original ATK of your opponent's monster that battles with this card becomes 0 during the Damage Step. This card is unaffected by a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a card(s) on the field.

[spoiler=Notes] Since "Zero Enforced Truth" is a Level 0 Synchro, the combined Level of the the 2+ monsters used for it's Synchro Summon must be 0.

(In addition to being a Synchro Monster, "Zero Enforced Truth" is a Tuner Monster. So Whenever you want you can trade it out for another Synchro Monster)

(Also I have used this picture once before, but it fit well with the set).

------------------------------------

Zero Ennforcer Undire

23h40g7.jpg

This card's name is treated as "Zero Enforcer". The Level of this card is treated as 0. You take no Battle Damage from battles involving this card. When this card is destroyed by battle, end the Battle Phase.

------------------------------------

Zero Ennforcer Solan

1zz11e.jpg

This card's name is treated as "Zero Enforcer". The Level of this card is treated as 0. While you control another monster, this card cannot be attacked. If this card is sent to the Graveyard for a Synchro Summon, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.

------------------------------------

Zero Ennforcer Divus

34zwqif.jpg

This card's name is treated as "Zero Enforcer". The Level of this card is treated as 0. You can Special Summon this card. If you do, this card cannot be offered as a Tribute for a Tribute Summon during this turn. You can remove this face-up card on your side of the field from play to add 1 "Zero Enforcer" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

------------------------------------

Zero Light

5lxo2b.jpg

Remove from play 1 monster on your side of the field plus 1 "Zero Enforcer" in your Deck or Graveyard, and Special Summon 1 "Zero Enforced" Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck whose Level equals the total Levels of the removed monsters.

------------------------------------

Fiend Soloist

2cxw8w8.jpg

When you Summon a Tuner, you can increase the Level of this card by 1 until the End Phase. You can remove from play from play 1 Spell Card from your Graveyard to reduce the Level of this card to 0 until the End Phase.

------------------------------------

Zero Enforced Radiance

20pd1xh.jpg

"Zero Enforcer" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

Your opponent cannot activate Trap Cards during the Battle Phase. This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each. When this card attacks, increase the ATK of this card by 1000 during damage calculation only. This card cannot be destroyed by battle.

------------------------------------

Zero Enforcer

2a8pagi.jpg

You can remove this card in your hand and 1 or more non-Tuner monster cards on your side of the field from play to Special Summon 1 "Zero Enforced" Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck whose Level equals the total Levels of the removed monsters. Treat the Level of this monster as 0 for this effect.

Impressive, those effects look really nice. I'm no expert in OCG so I'm not gonna try and risk fixing it (I'm sure it's fixable but still). A little downside would be in the pictures, they need better croping (especially Zero Light and Undire). Level 0 idea pleases me, it changes from rehashes of Negative Levels/Dark Synchro's.

8/10. Keep at it, I like your cards and your ideas.

One thing ya might not have noticed, I don't know if you intended this. You cannot have 3 copies of all 3 Ennforcers, despite the fact that they have different names. "This card's name is treated as" means that it counts toward the deck limit, for instance, if your deck has 3 Harpie Lady, you cannot add Cyber Harpy to your deck. This problem was remedied with Harpie Queen. She says, "This card's name is treated as "Harpie Lady" while it is on the field or in the Graveyard."

If you don't want this to happen, it can be fixed like this.

Option 1, Change the Ennforcers to "This card's name is treated as "Zero Enforcer" while it is on the field or in the Graveyard." If you do this, the only other change you will have to make is any card that targets a "Zero Enforcer" that is in your deck. (Zero Light, ZE Divus) I recommend this option. Example of how to change Z Light and ZE Divus below...

Option 2, Remove the name treated as effect completely, if you choose this, you can keep the theme intact like this...

Syncro monsters will say, 1 "Ennforcer" Tuner monster + whatever

Because you didn't make a card who's name is literally "Zero Enforcer", any cards that involve "Zero Enforcer" like Zero Light can say it like this: Remove from play 1 monster you control, and 1 "Ennforcer" monster from your Deck or Graveyard...

In which case, you may as well change all Ennforcers to Enforcers, and write all effects as 1 "Enforcer" monster. Thats why I recommend option 1.

[align=center]Stoopid1 ~ Thank you for the comment. I did in fact intend for a player using these card's to only use 3 "Zero Enforcer" Tuners in their Deck at one time. Similar to Harpie Lady 1, 2 and 3.

Also I don't think that there has to be an original "Zero Enforcer" card since all of their names are treated as it. They are all the original "Zero Enforcer".

It's fairly playable even with only 3 copies total. They are all searchable by "Uforoid", "Last Will" and "Machine Duplication". Not too mention each belongs to a different Attribute giving them "Mother Grizzly", "Ufo Turtle", and "Flying Kamikiri #1" respectively. In addition, "Zero Light" allows you to Tune your monsters even when you normally wouldn't have access to them. As for "ZE Divus", it allows you to search out your other copies if you would prefer them, or you can Normal Summon a monster then Special Summon "Divus" to Tune first turn.

if you're going to make 3 cards that can be treated as "Zero Enforcer", there should be a card called "Zero Enforcer", shouldn't there? Anyway, I actually like "Stoopid1's" Option 2 idea a little more than what you did. '1 "Zero Ennforcer" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters' seems a little better than what you've got.

Also, I think it would be cooler to actually not see any stars on these cards... yes, that'd be awesome. Though, then you'd need to photoshop some stuff. Or use paint and some blur effects skillfully.

Anyway, those are just concept things. I'll rate the strategy when there are more cards in here. Right now, the strategy looks pretty limited (not much chance to summon your Synchro Monsters right now).

Warm Regards,
