The world entered a time of peace for 100 years. In that time, a new Fire Lord rose to the throne. He has waged war on the peaceful nations, like the Phoenix King before him. The only thing that can stop his mad rampage is the avatar, which hasn't been seen for over a decade. Some believe that he is still alive, and some believe he is dead, and the new avatar should be born soon. The avatar was born, but the avatar, was, in fact, two twins, both avatars. [spoiler=Rules]1.
