You posted twice Light Speed Dragon. Plus, "Dance of Enlightenment" looks more like the name of a Spell/Trap card so I'd advise to change the name to "Dancers of Enlightenment" or something.

 

Now, card review time.

 

Dance of Enlightenment = Kaiser Sea Dragon on effect. Unoriginal, but always efficient.

 

Deep Sea Tornado Dragon

"When this card is Tribute Summoned, decrease the ATK of this card by 1000."

"When this card is destroyed by battle..."

"This card cannot attack for the next 2 turns after it is Summoned."

"Decrease the ATK of this card by 100 at each of your End Phases" (in replacement of the "every turn it is on the field" line")

 

Light Speed Dragon

 

"Its", not "it's".

"If this card is Tribute Summoned, this card's ATK is divided by 2, and can attack twice in the same Battle Phase."

"If there are 3 monsters or more on your Field, destroy this card." (Only 1 monster per Monster Zone! ;P)

 

Dragon Of The End

 

"This card can only be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 2 DARK monsters".
No need to write "Attribute". It's already implied when written in all caps.
"If this card is attacked by one of your opponent's monsters"

For the "Immediately deal damage to your opponent's Life Points", I would suggest replacing it by "You may Direct Attack your opponent", but if you meant something else or a specific amount, fix that by yourself, I can't suggest something out of the wild.

"If this card is Special Summoned, destroy this card" or "This card cannot be Special Summoned"
depends on what you prefer.

 

Dragon's Retaliation

 

"When one of your monsters is targeted by the Effect of one of your opponent's Effect Monsters, select one of your opponent's monsters. The targeting effect now targets the selected monster. After the Effect has been resolved, destroy the targeting monster."

I'm really not sure about this one, I did the best I could.

 

Light Neon Dragon is okay, but is way overpowered for a Level 5. Increase the Level to at least 7.

 

Deep Sea Current Dragon was already featured in one of your previous threads so not gonna review it.
