Legendary Voltaic Posted October 29, 2009 Report Share Posted October 29, 2009 Downgrade all monsters with "Natural Frost" in each player's hands and on the field by 1 Level. Increase the ATK and DEF of all monsters with "Natural Frost" in their names by 100. Decrease the ATK of all Beast, Beast-Warrior, Winged Beast, Plant, and Dinosaur-Type monsters your opponent controls by 500. Pic is from me. It is GFXed from a real picture of a real life building...
