Kazuki Shuheiwa
Something tells me you forgot to make this an Effect monster. Fix that already.Plus the picture look distorted and badly croped (white border). Change this too.And this card is underpowered. A 1500/900 monster should be Level 3.EDIT: Oh and the card's name is unoriginal. Not to mention there's, kind of, already an "Ice Dragon" that exists in the TCG... Stoopid1
First of all, do you speak English? Or are you just a very bad Yugioh player? (I'm not being mean, I'm just telling you the truth) It has an effect written on it, so it should be an orange effect monster. I think the effect you meant to write should be written like this... "When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, your opponent draws 1 card." Sorry, but this card is terrible, it is a Level 5 with the ATK of a Level 3, and it's effect helps your opponent.

Nicky-whyte
Call it Ice wind Dragon or sumfing and increase its ATK to 2000 or more bcus most LV 5 mons have that effect. I do like what you were thinking of so make this into an Archetype like frost Wind monsters that cause your opponent to keep drawing cards ... or monsters with milling effects really 8/10 ^_^
