wow it is good, but you dont need to capitalize face-down, and the first part of the effect, should go like this:

When this face-down Defense Position monster is attacked and destroyed as a reulst of battle, inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent, you may also...blank blank

oH I love Rock-Types! This will be an awesome addition to Rock-Type Decks but would suit any deck for its sheer defensive capabilities. 10/10!
