This card can only be Special Summoned from your Deck or hand, by paying 1000 Life Points when both you and your opponent have less than 2500 Life Points. When this card is successfully Special Summoned, no monsters can attack or change positions for 5 turns and the affects of Trap and Monster Card Effects(except this card) are negated. As long as this card is face-up the ATK of monsters in Attack Position(excluding this card) is decreased by 100 every turn for 5 turns and the DEF of monsters in Defense Position(excluding this card) is decreased by 200 every turn for 5 turns. If your opponent declares an attack with this card the ATK of the attacking monster is decreased by 200 until the end of the Damage Step. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
