As for the card:-Way overpowered for a Normal Monster. At least make the stats lower than 3200.-The name is a bit too generic.-No effect= Lack of originality.4/10, considering you are new. Great pic though[spoiler= Effect Example]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 monsters.
