Ok, thank you for posting the lore. The effects seems to be rather balanced and such, and could probaly be used in quite a few Fiend Decks. The level of the monster seems well balanced to counter-act the ATK and DEF, and the picture suits the name and Attribute perfectly. Something seems wrong with it imo, but I cant quite put my finger on it... 9.5/10
