While this remains face-up on the field, increase the ATK of monsters you control with "Master Of Dimensional" in their by 300. Each turn add 1 Dimensional Counter on this card, remove 4 Counters to remove up to 2 cards from your opponents Graveyard from Play. When this card is destroyed, your opponents can add 2 cards that are removed from Play to their Deck. During your Battle Phase, if this card attacks a monster your opponent controls, this card gains ATK equal to the attacked monsters ATK, destroy this card during your End Phase if you activated this effect this turn. Once per turn, you can add 1 "Interdimension" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. 1 "Master Of Dimensional" Tuners + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters.As long as this card remains face-up on the field, monsters your opponent controls are removed from Play instead. During your Battle Phase, if theres another face-up monster you control, increase its ATK by 600, it is removed from Play during your End Phase. Once per turn, select 1 card in your opponents Graveyard and remove it from Play. During your opponents Battle Phase, if this card is selected as an attack target, destroy the attacking monster, the controller of this card loses 500 Life Points. When this card declares an attack, increase its ATK by 400 until the End Phase. Once per turn, you can draw 1 card. During your Battle Phase, you can select 1 monster on your side of the field, it can attack twice this turn. This card cannot be destroyed by Monster Effects. Once per turn, you can switch this card into face-down Defense Position to destroy 1 Set card on the field, if you do, skip your Draw Phase next turn. During your Standby Phase, take control of 1 monster your opponent controls, during your End Phase you can either:-Remove the monster you took control of from Play.-Add it to your opponents Deck, the Deck is then shuffled.Once per turn, the controller of this card gains 500 Life Points. During your Standby Phase, you can remove up to 3 cards from your opponents Graveyard from Play. (This effect only applies if the card tribute for this card had "Master Of Dimensional" in their name and can only be used once). Once per turn, you can shuffle your Deck and draw 1 card, if the card is a monster, remove it from Play, if its a Spell or Trap add it to your hand. 1 "Master Of Dimensional" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters.During your opponents Standby Phase, Summon 2 "Illusion Tokens" (Spellcaster-Type/DARK/Level 4/ATK 100/DEF 100) in face-up defense position. As long as these Tokens are on the field, this card cannot be targeted by Spells or Monster Effects. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 "Illusion Token" to destroy 1 card on the field. During your Standby Phase, you can discard 1 card from your hand to Special Summon 1 monster with "Master Of Dimensional" in their name in Attack Position. Once per turn, you can discard 2 cards from your hand to draw 2 cards. When this card is destroyed, you can add 1 "Interdimension" from your Deck to your hand. During either players Battle Phase, this card gains 500 ATK and DEF until the End Phase. If this card is in your Graveyard, you can discard 1 from your hand to Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position, its effect is negated. During your Standby Phase, select 1 card in your opponents hand and remove it from Play. When this card is used in a Synchro Summon, remove it from Play, when this card is destroyed by battle, you can discard the top card off your Deck to Special Summon it back to the field in face-up Defense Position. It's getting too late for me to get into detail, but those are the only two things I really see. Your ideas are quite good as well.
