if you cannot read effect it is

 

once per turn you can change the attribute of this card to any other attribute (exept divine) then you can activate the following effects

light:increase your lifepoints by 800

dark:decrease you opponents lifepoints by 500

wind:this card gains 1200 attack points and can attack twice this turn

fire: this card gains 1500 attack points

water:this card gains 2000 defence points

earth:all of your opponents monsters lose 300 attack

Couldn't you have just posted this in the first post of your other thread? All you have to do is to click Edit on it, ad paste this card into the post.

 

Anyway, I might as well call this card out first:

-First of all, the images you have uploaded are very pixellated. I can't even tell if it is a dragon. Try to upload images that have a bigger file size.

- Second, here is a fixed effect:

"Once per turn, you can treat this card as either EARTH, FIRE, WIND, WATER, LIGHT or DARK. Then, activate one of the following effects depending on the Attribute of this card:

EARTH: Your opponent's monsters lose 300 ATK until the End phase of this turn.

FIRE: This card gains 1500 ATK.

WIND: This card gains 1200 ATK and can declare an attack twice this turn.

WATER: This card gains 2000 DEF.

LIGHT: You gain 800 Life Points.

DARK: Inflict 500 damage to your opponent."
