Honestly this would be a good card, with a new picture i could see this in a yu-gi-oh card deck, with a differnt name to. Basicaly i'm saying the only good thing is the effect.

 

Name could be changed, and the picture could be to. xD

 

I still give +1 for that picture. I made one before with a guy from GTA SA humping a girl on a bed. xD

As the opponent also benefits from this card, perhaps you should consider it making a "Pay X life points when you activate the effect of this card" rather than "during each of your X phase, pay X life points"?

EDITand for notice, i will change costs effort, name was given by the picture. effect was created in responce to picture found. pictures are used for card if i see it fit that a card can be made for such pitcure. if such a picture exists that defines the effect, than please respond. otherwise picture stays as is.

 

and for responces on UPness of said card, i have to say the following.

 

if made into a TCG deck with said TCG cards in said deck, the making of a decklist would be made to abuse this effect, with the effect already being active to support your cards, wheras your opponent confused by the effect of this card, would take several turns to utalize its effect, giving you plenty of time to gain certain advantage for game.

 

and no this card is not UP, seeing as it is a krebons+no normal summon+card effect immunity. and seeing as at any time my opponent gains advantage, i may choose not to pay, destroying their monsters.
