In other words, I have created this thread for us to examine future insight and the logic behind it. Case Scenario: A member chooses the name IcyBlue. IcyBlue, the greatest moderator of all time, wants his name back. IcyBlue, the ever so wonderful man, bans this member who took the name. Let us try to discuss this in an orderly manner... Guest Posted November 1, 2009 Report Share Posted November 1, 2009 Legitimate. IcyBlue is not a generic name, so the impersonation was deliberate and not accidental. Hypothetically, if the name had been something generic that could easily have been chosen randomly - for example, "Prince Hunter" - the ban would have been unwarranted, but as deliberate impersonation is the only reasonable conclusion here, a ban is perfectly justified.
