I'm not sure this card really would be worth playing. If anything this card can essentially cost you the same amount of damage to your life point had you not played this card and let your opponent attack you directly.

EDIT changed my rate to a 7, it can be useful if your opponenet is attacking with a low or average strength monster and you have a strong level 4 monster in your graveyard.

The image is a nice one, and the OCG is decent.

 

It has a pretty simple effect, but could be useful, as it is fairly generic.

 

Also, it may be overpowered depending on the monster that you choose.
