What I meant by "fake racism" is this:

 

Let's say a white man and a black man apply for a job.

 

The white man gets hired, because his skills are better suited for the job (in this scenario, the white man has a master's degree while the black man possesses a bachelor's. This is in no way implying white people have better educations than black people, btw >_>). The black man becomes angry, files a complaint with whatever union or organization helps "victims" of supposed hate crimes, says they're utilizing discriminatory hiring practices, sues the company and gets a ton of money. He has abused his power (which is absolutely ridiculous that we've afforded all non-white races such power out of guilt for something that happened so long ago nobody gives a funk anymore) as a minority for personal gain. That is fake racism.
