This guy is just a random card with Mobius tacked on as a summoning requirement.  It's a good card though. 5/10 for not being Mobius related. Zkaiser Posted November 6, 2009 Report Share Posted November 6, 2009 Well, Mobius is in the name. So one would assume a connection with Mobius the Frost Monarch. And, in my opinion, such a connection would be manifested by having a similar effect.  It's sort of like, I wouldn't like to see a Card called Neo Thestalos which was a Sea-Serpent and Special Summoned monsters from the Graveyard. It a very good card though. ragnarok1945 Posted November 9, 2009 Report Share Posted November 9, 2009 Now that I'm back it's time I review the cards: 1: I'm surprised you allowed it to be treated as a machine type. Pic looks nothing like machine. The rest of the effect is balanced out though 2: Given it has 4100 atk, lv9 is too low for it.
