While this card is face-up on your side of the field, when your opponent loses Life Points, you gain the same amount of Life Points, when you lose Life Points, your opponent gains the same amount of Life Points. During your Battle Phase, you may toss a coin. If heads, you may increase this monster's ATK by 700. If tails, you may increase this monster's DEF by 700.
