yeah its the monarch that targets the graveyard, good anti meta card too like a super dd crow

But if it's a psychic shouldn't it have more of a lp effect?

 

But its great for a macro monarch deck and thats why I love it.

Good pic, some OCG errors, pretty OP, but it fits monarch cards well. Too simple though.

yeah its simple

 

scenerio 1: late in the game your opponent will most likely bring there big beast to the game wether it be dark armned dragon or judgement dragon, playing this card at the right time will stop or slow down those broken cards

 

scenerio 2: late in the game your opponent depends on card from their graveyard; example: zombies, twilight, vayu turbo or simply card like necro gardna can be removed. this could mean the diffrence in winning.
