I like the idea, effect needs fixin and the pic could be better...

 

I think you shouls change the name, something like, "Magician's Secret" or something like that

 

"Pay 1000 Life Points and Special Summon one Dark Magician from your Hand or Deck".

OCG correction:

This card can only be activated when a "Dark Magician" is in your Graveyard. At the cost of 1000 LP, you may Special Summon it to your side of the field. After activation your opponent gains 1000 LP.

 

Tip of the day:

You have the writing "Dark Magician" on the picture, so you could use Paint to crop the image and remove it. Or you could simply just get a different picture.
