SmallieBigs
Vilia, Lightsworn Mastermind Effect: This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 5 or more "Lightsworn" monsters that have different names that Levels equal to 20, monsters from your Graveyard. When a "Lightsworn" monster is selected as the target of a card you must discard the top 2 cards from your deck to the Graveyard to negate the effect. When you attack with this card change the battle position of all monsters on the field to defense position (excluding this card). If a monster on your side of the field is removed from the field remove all copies of this card from your Deck and Field from play. During your End Phase discard the top 5 cards from your deck to your Graveyard. Bottom text is proper OCG I think Rate and comment please *Image credit goes to deviantart's ramy. Linkisthebest7
its okay, but the effect is mostly negative and has very harsh summoning conditions. Maybe increase the ATK. The pic's okay, but a background would be nice. 8/
SmallieBigs
There is a background it's a different shade of white then the picture itself and the feather things. Also link it's a lightsworn it can't be hard to even summon it if you're constantly milling your own deck.
darkfire27131
effect is too plain, and needs a bigger draw back. milling cards in LS decks are easy so it summoning requirement should be more difficult.traps = Trap Cardsattack/effect = wtf? plus the order is kinda strange (shouldn't During your End Phase ..... be at the end of the card lore?)love the pic though7/

jayjack
Lightsworn aren't exactly useful removed from play. Hell, they're completely useless do to the fact that Judgment Dragon's Summoning Req. requires LS in grave. Instead of this, i suggest the following; If you control 2 or more face-up "Lightsworn" monsters, you can Tribute 1 to Special Summon this card from your hand. OR When this card is sent from your Deck to the Graveyard, by Tributing 2 "Lightsworn" monsters, Special Summon this card. Also, its NOT OP. Idc what others say. The summoning Req. is alot more strict then Judgment Dragon and its effect is no where near as powerful.
SmallieBigs
Changed up the card. Now it has drawback.

SmallieBigs
EDITING MY card now again this time I hope it's better.Okay new one is out. Sytilva, Lightsworn Emmisary This monster cannot be Special Summoned. When this card is Summoned select 1 monster your opponent controls and switch control of the monster. When the selected card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, destroy all "Lightsworn" monsters on your side of the field excluding this card. During each of your End Phases, discard the top 3 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard. *image credit to deviantarts ramy or whoever the first image credit went to. So yes it isn't OP because of this reason alone. The only way i see how this would be OP is if JD was on field.
darkfire27131
serciously LS dont entirely revolve around JD, the main concept is SWARMING the field which can be devasting! if you rely entirely on JD then your screwed, because JD can be a useless esp against GB and MM decks. ragnarok1945
it's too much of a cost and too little benefits from it, so it's UPed 6.5/
