Dark Mousy
This card is also treated as a Machine-Type monster. This card cannot be Special Summoned. If this card is destroyed as a result of battle, you can add 1 monster with "Eterna Frost" in its name from your Deck to your hand. During your Standby Phase, if this monster is in Defense Position, you can Special Summon 1 Level 5 monster from your hand. Enjoy.

Chex
It's a great card but you should change the last effect from being able to special summon a lvl 5 monster to normal summoning a lvl 5 monster otherwise it would aid in summoning something real strong that requires 2 sacrifices like Light and Darkness Dragon or that lvl 5 could be used as a tribute to special summon a Monarch like Mobius, Zaborg, or Caius. Overall it's great but the last effect is slightly overpowered (I rarely ever verse decks that have more than 2-5 monsters that require a tribute or two but when I do they usually fail epicly). 9/
Dark Mousy
Specifically Level 5. No level 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12s. Not even 4s. Not overpowered.
Kotaro
The effect is sort of OP IMO. If its DEF was higher, then it would be OP. There are a few errors in the effect, "result of battle"= "by battle". And there are 2 "in" in the last sentence which should be "is". Pic is ok and does sort of fit the card name. EDIT:Forgot to rate, 8/

Chex
Level 5 monsters that have a good ATK: Giga Gagagigo, Cyber Tech Alligator, Zaborg the Thunder Monarch, Mist Archfiend, Terroking Salmon, Volcanic Hammerer Level 5 monsters that have a good effect: Vampire Lord, Airknight Parasath, Armed Dragon Lv. 5, Silent Swordsman Lv. 5, Dark General Freed, Freed the Matchless General That's just a list of monster that I can recall that are level 5. Now I come to think about it, this card would make a Water deck real cheap depending on how you play it.
Dark Mousy
Level 5 monsters that have a good ATK: Giga Gagagigo' date=' Cyber Tech Alligator, Zaborg the Thunder Monarch, Mist Archfiend, Terroking Salmon, Volcanic Hammerer [b']Zaborg's effect doesn't activate, so no point in that. Terrorking Salmon is a level 6. This card is worse than ALO.[/b] Level 5 monsters that have a good effect: Vampire Lord, Airknight Parasath, Armed Dragon Lv. 5, Silent Swordsman Lv. 5, Dark General Freed, Freed the Matchless General Vampire Lord? Are you joking? ZOMG, you summon Vampire Lord! Time to piss my pants. Freed, have you gone mad? Is it that you just watch the show? It's only in the show those cards are used. Do you even know about what the meta-game is? That's just a list of monster that I can recall that are level 5. Now I come to think about it, this card would make a Water deck real cheap depending on how you play it. No it does not. Most water decks run ALO, which makes Level 5s downgraded into Level 4s. Chex
Now to let you know I've played Yu-Gi-Oh for since the SECOND year it came out. Also fyi those are just card names I could come up with and that doesn't mean they're going to be used but they can be used to a certain extent with that card to make them PLAYABLE. Zaborg's effect doesn't work obviously, I've known that already it's just a good ATKer. Terroking is definitely NOT a lvl 6 otherwise you would never be able to Normal Summon it instantly with ALO. You think Vampire Lord's a joke but that tells me you've never went up against a deck that's built well around with a Vampire Lord so it tells me you don't duel much against Zombie built decks and the zombie structure deck doesn't count (already went to duel in regionals many times, rarely ever make it past second or third round and I mostly win at my local area where they host yugioh tournaments). Also, Freed is great if you know how to run it but it was just a random card that came in mind when I was listing these. The TV shows you got to be kidding me those shows are such a joke from the real TCG. Also, basically all water I encounter run ALO no doubt but it doesn't mean that this card can't be put in and played with when ALO is gone from the field. Ok well tell me do YOU ever play the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG then?
Dark Mousy
Sorry about that one, Terrorking is a 5 (who uses it anyway)... thought it was 6. Okay. Run a Vampire Lord against me, I'll be perfectly happy and put Despair in the Dark in that deck. I don't know if I play TCG better than you, but I know I use better grammar than you. I can barely make out your comments. How long do you expect this thing to survive anyway?

Chex
When I have to do many things at once I just type whatever I can. This isn't much of an argument to me; I get these everyday and I really don't care however long this can last. The longer it lasts, the longer the tension drags on so sure end it if you like. Also, don't expect Despair from the Dark to work on Vampire Lord's effect all the time since I can call what type of card (monster, spell, trap) I want sent to the graveyard. So whatever end it if you like because I have other things I have to do.
ragnarok1945
not bad, the only thing I don't get is why you said it's also treated as a machine. Looks nowhere like it 9/
