I hate when this happens. Just now, my friend cancelled our sleepover so he can go ice skating. This is the only day of the month I can to D:

I remember when my friend cancelled on another of my friends to hang out with one of his other friends. Then the next week, he cancelled on my third friend to hand out with the friend he first cancelled on. Friend #3 had a bet with his mums about whether or not Friend #1 would cancel. Friend #3 forked up $30.

 

As for me, it's a first-come-first-served basis. If a friend gets to me before family, then TOO BAD FOR THE FAMILY.
