We're talking "Burst Return", "Feather Wind", "Spark Blaster", "Bubble Shuffle", and all sorts of other undesirable things for your Opponent, plus it has a max ATK of 3500 and a minumim of 2700 (its effect doesn't exclude "Elemental Hero Magma Diamondman").
