Kivoxo
1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monstersThis cards ATK is equal to the number of monster cards in your Graveyard x600. During your Standby Phase put 1 Universal Counter on it (max 5). By removing 3 Universal Counters from this card, destroy 1 card on the field. If this card is desiginated as a target by the effect of a Spell or Trap Card you can remove 2 Universal Counters to negate the effect and destroy the card. if you guys see any OCG errors please point them out and tell me what you think =D
To-Chi
I'd honestly say that this card is a little underpowered. There's so many things stacked against it! 5 counters to detroy 1 monster AND it loses ATK? 3 counters to negate a spell or trap is a little undestandable, but the spell/trap isn't even destroyed! And as for OCG, it should read something like: "During your X Phase, place 1 Universal Counter on this card (max.5)", where "X Phase" could be the Standby or End Phase. I think, anyway. Don't hold me to that. :P Obligatory rating: 7/10.

賢狼ホロ
I think the ATK should be changed from "0" to "?". Picture is really nice, looks like a real card!I am quite new to Yu-Gi-Oh!, but I rate it as a Great card, which is 2/3 in my rating. ; D
Parion555
I have to agree with To-Chi,it's underpowered. The 600 ATK for every monster in the grave is good but 5 counters to destroy one monster. You either need to make it 1 or 2 counters to destroy a monster or make some support cards that help it gain counters.I mean that's what it should be for synchro of at least 4 monsters.Other then that the pic is good and the attack is balanced.6/10. destron
600 ATK FOR 1 CARD IN THE GRAVEYARD?!!! That's extremely OP'd. Shadow Ghoul was UP'd, yes, but that is ridiculous. It's ATK starts off at 2400 since you automatically have to tribute 4 monsters, and considering you most of the time have like 10 cards in the graveyard, that's like over 5000. Which makes it OP'd. The other effects seem fine though, and the name is cool and original. The pic is good but doesn't seem very Yu-Gi-Oh like. I could do an OCG correction but I'm leaving now sooooo . . . 6/10 Most of the missing points is because of it's OP'dness.

And the card can be destroyed by a mirror force or any spell/trap card easily the turn that its summoned.

Yes, it is OP'd.

Not bad, I don't like the pic personaly but w/e. Work on the overall wording a little bit more and it'll be practicaly perfect. @Gijinka: It's not OP'd. 9/

.:Incognito:.
Awesome. It's not OP'd pretty balanced. I wonder what would happenif we put this in ls... (9/10)
Felix
tbh, I think it could cope with only needing to ditch 1 counter but maybe to destroy a face-down or something, instead of just any card on the field.

Metal Skull
OP like hell.It gets like 6000 ATK points sometimes and even negates spell traps that target, and destroys card on the field!!!If it wasn't that it would be really awsome.7/10Decrease the gain to 300 or 400 for each. ragnarok1945
600 atk per monster in the graveyard is way too much, it'll easily go up to 6000 atk. You should have made it no more than 400 atk per monster in graveyard 7/
