[align=center]Welcome all to the Master of Card Tournament. This tournament is for all card makers who think they are great card makers, and some of you may be. This tournament will put you to the test with difficult requirements for making a card and to qualify. This is definitely going to be tough to everyone and some it might be easy if you are that good at making cards. But this tournament is going to test that.

[spoiler=[b]Rules[/b]]

  • No Spamming
  • Don't insult other people
  • Once you enter, no refunds
  • Follow all round qualification rules
  • The card cannot be a pre-made card
  • Cannot use cards that are within an arch-type
  • Don't copy other people's cards
  • Each round 1 person will be eliminated. That doesnt mean ONLY 1 person will be eliminated
  • If i find out you break a rule you are DQed
  • No fake types and no fake attributes
  • If you want to enter late you have to pay the enrty fee X round number (i.e. if you are a 5 star member and its round 3 you pay 45 points)
  • Please state if the card you enter is custom made
  • Please enter your card to me via PM. You do not have to but it would be better if you do
  • Each member can only post 1 card per round. Even though you are only allowed to post 1 card you can make changes to the card before the round end. If i see a drastic change in the card im going to accept the very first entry
  • If you change your name please tell me or you will be DQed
  • Read the Judging section

  • 1-2 Stars = 5 Points
  • 3-4 Star = 10 Points
  • 5-6 Stars = 15 Points

Everything will be judged by me

Each score will compose of 4 parts; Picture, OCG, Effect, and Creativity. The max score you can get is 100 points, so that mean each of those categories will be worth 25 points. Each category will have a sub category on which how i will be judging that part, but im not telling what.

  1. Picture - The picture has to look good and be HQ. You can find images but they wont get as high of a score for this part. If it is custom made you wil receive bonus if it looks good
  2. OCG - The OCG has to have the correct grammer. The more mistakes, the more points im taking off and vice versa. I am also putting if the card is OPed under here
  3. Effect - The effect has to make sense and not be complicated. Just because the effect I longer doesn't mean its good. And just because the effect is short doesn't mean it isn't good. I am also seeing if you made up a good effect or copied off another monster.
  4. Creativity - Make the card creative, with a holo or gold sticker or something like that. I do not want to see your card entrys to have holos all the time. Each round i want a different creative add to it. (i.e. one round advanced holo, one round name holo, one round gold rare). Not all of your cards can be ultra rare or rare, i wanna see a variety of common, rare, and ultra rare. This part will either be all, half or nothing. (i.e. nothing done to it will make it 0, a sucky holo will be 12.5, adn an advanced holo will be 25/25)

Okay this round you have to do these requirements

  • Make a Toon Monster
  • Has to have "Toon" in its name
  • Doesn't have to be a "Toon" version of an existing monster

Round 2 will end on

November 21, 2009

 

Okay this round you have to do these requirements

  • Make a Gemini monster
  • the type has to be either; Insect, Sea Serpent, Fish, or Pyro
  • Can be any attribute
  • Can not exceed 8 Stars

This round will be pretty simple. All you have to do is:

  • Make a normal monster (vanilla) with an interesting description
  • Must be 4 stars or lower

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side of the field. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. When this card declares an attack on a LIGHT monster, you can select 1 level 4 or lower Toon monster from your hand and Special Summon it. The selected card cannot declare an attack and it's ATK and DEF become 0. When the selected card is destroyed, you can increase this card's ATK by 500 for the Damage Step only for the next three turns. When this card is destroyed in battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Toon Dark Magician Girl".

This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:

- Once per turn, you can select two face-up monsters. Your opponent then chooses one of those monsters. You can then Special Summon one monster from any Graveyard with the same Attribute as the selected monster.

ive said this to legendarylightning as a hint but you didnt do it either

so im just going to tell you what to do instead of a hint since this is the first round

part 4 of the judging is creativity.. thats 25% of your score so read that part of the judging

and you should because unless you want 25 points to be taken off automatically you should edit your card and i know you can do a great job at it because you offer things like this at your shop
