Well anyway, the effect of Armored Mech 4 makes even less sense now that I know what a tanker is. How can he use a flip: effect to negate and destroy a Tanker, when he will be face-down when tanker activates? Either way, it's too narrow. Armored mech seems to exist in case your opponent has a tanker, which is similar to the cards "anti-raigeki" and "white hole." The odds of success with these cards are against you, and will be completely useless if you draw Anti-raigeki after Raigeki has already been played.
