[Milk-Chan]Plasmius Genisis; some of the most confusing cards you'll ever see

WARNING: The effects are long and difficult.

In response to a contest I recently entered, I made a card that is impossible to summon...on it's own. I loved the card, and now I want to make a mini-set based around it. The solution is simply how to Summon the monster.

[spoiler=Posoplasmius Maximus's long Effect]This card is also treated as a Machine-Type. This card cannot be Normal Summoned, Special Summoned, or Set. This card can only exist on your field, if "Neutronos Minimus" is in your Graveyard. If a card that would force you or your opponent to Summon this card in any way is played, destroy it. If this card would be Summoned by any means while removed from play, send this card to your Graveyard, and destroy the card that would Summon this while removed from play. When this card attacks a monster, destroy the target of battle(Battle Calculations are not applied). By paying Life Points equal to half of the destroyed monster's ATK, increase this card's ATK, DEF, and Level, by that equal to 3/4 of that monster's ATK, DEF, and Level(ATK and DEF are rounded down to the nearest hundred, Level is rounded down). When this card attacks another monster, first subtract the ATK, DEF, and Level boost this card received from the previous monster destroyed by this effect.

This card cannot be placed on the field, except for if "Posoplasmius Maximus" is in your Graveyard, due to this card's effect. If this card is in your Hand, while "Posoplasmius Maximus" is in your hand, send "Posoplasmius Maximus" to your Graveyard, and play this card. As long as this card is on the field, "Posoplasmius Maximus" is treated as a Normal monster while in the Graveyard.

This card must remain Face-Up on top of your Deck. When you Draw, Draw the second card on top of your deck. As long as this card is on top of your Deck, no card can be used to Special Summon "Posoplasmius Maximus" from your Graveyard.

Here's the simplest way I could describe the solution: Posoplasmius cannot exist on the field, unless Neutronos is in your Graveyard. So, once Electoplasmius is on your field, you have to Mill your deck in some way, in order to Summon Posoplasmius.

It just looks kind of... off the wall... just how different it is than the rest...

if you send me the pic i could give it a more interesting background...

cool sig btw

Sorry but I was a bit lazy on the BG. But for what I did, I put effort into it. kind of lolz.

Lemme make the effect simple. Poso cant be summoned any way from anywhere, unless Neutronos is in the graveyard and Electroplasmius is on the field. When Poso attacks, destroy the monster, and Poso receives a boost equal to 3/4 the destroyed monster's ATK/DEF/Level. When it attacks another monster, remove the before boost, rinse and repeat.

Simple, no?

i gonna cry that effect makes me wanna hide under my bed and never come back out! 0/10!

lolwut? Please don't give me a rating that I know for a fact, do not deserve. I specifically said, the most confusing cards you'd see, and that the effects are long and difficult. But in no way is it unplayable. I said, the intention was to make an impossible-to-summon monster, and to find a way to summon it. But you did make me lol.
