RavenArchangel
I am new to playing yugioh (not new to the game or anime, etc. per-say..just new to playing it. Granted I saw little of the anime or manga until recently but I've caught up in Yugioh DM [seen almost all of it], I'm on Season 4 of GX and saw a few episodes of 5Ds..most of which I saw recently) I've only Dueled about 7-8 times. I've changed my deck around a few times to try to make it better. Still not sure how to improve it though. Before hand let me say I have a few made cards in my deck. I shall list them first and then the "real" cards that make up the rest of my deck. Hopefully you guys can give me tips on some real Yugioh Cards that can help make my deck better. (In total I own about 6 or 7 decks of Yugioh Cards currently, that's counting booster backs..so aka if I have say a few booster packs that equal 50 cards..thats counted as a deck too. Keep in mind thats in total. Currently I only use 1 deck myself but I've done fairly well in building other peoples decks.) (Actually thats the problem, I can build others decks better than my own because I'm more picky about which cards I like.) Also keep in mind my deck has 47 cards because I don't have 50 sleeves to keep them in. My favorite card types are Warrior, Dragon and Fiend btw. My favorite element is Wind oddly enough though lol. (but it seems the poor wind cards are often far too weak for my tastes in Yugioh) This deck is only for dueling against friends but also banned cards are not permitted but Made cards are, as long as they wouldn't be banned if they were real. First the made cards (4 star or less): 5 Star or More: Spell Cards: "Real" Cards (4 star or less):Kaiser Sea Horse, Luster Dragon, Princess of Tsurugi, Zure Knight of Dark World, Sabersaurus, Royal Magical Library, Dancing Fairy, Witch of the Black Forest, Dark Blade, La Jinn the Mystical Genie of the Lamp, Mystical Elf, Man Eater Bug, Mirage Dragon, Harpie's Brother, Mysterious Puppeteer, and The Dragon Dwelling in the Cave. 5 or more:Silva Warlord of Dark World Summoned SkullRed Eyes Black DragonBlue Eyes White DragonDark Magician. jabber2033
This won't work. First of all, we don't use YCM-created cards in this section. Second, your deck is too large. Keep it at 40. Finally, Read the Ban List. Pot of Greed is Banned.
RavenArchangel
This won't work. First of all' date=' we don't use YCM-created cards in this section. Second, your deck is too large. Keep it at 40. Finally, Read the Ban List. Pot of Greed is Banned.[/quote']First off: I didn't know pot of greed was bannd. YCM cards aren't allowed? Then where do I place my deck at? Because its not a traditional deck, it doesn't allow banned cards, but it does allow made cards. Where does it go? It certainly shouldn't be placed with all made cards decks..a thats disgraceful to a deck that has mostly real cards =p I want help with my deck. Keep it at 40? That's rather small dude. 50 is the standard amount and I'm only using 47 because I only have 47 sleeves. So where do I place my deck then and where's the ban list? I want help with my deck. Its what I use IRL and I want help with it.
jabber2033
The Ban List is under IMPORTANT THREADS in this section. Keep in mind that in Traditional Format, all Banned/Forbidden cards are LIMITED TO ONE. 40 is actually the standard size. Most players will tell you that 40 is the ideal deck size, because anything higher prevents you from drawing the right cards when you need them. Depending on the deck type, even 42-43 cards is considered too many. And you can't use YCM-created cards in real-life duels if you want to go to tournaments and such. As for where to put a deck like this, not sure.
