Why does every newbie insist on running Sorcerer of DM and Chaos Command in Spellcaster decks? Isn't Chaos Sorcerer banned?

Not only are you using only 1 of each card, you also have no real theme to speak of. There are so many different themes to work with. And before you say it, "spellcasters" isn't a theme. Themes are more specific than just the Monster type/attribute. Personally, for a decent deck, I would stick with one of the following:

Spell Counters: Uses cards from the recent Spellcaster's Command Structure deck.

Dark Magician Support (Uses stuff like Dark Magic Attack/Thousand Knives)

Dark Paladin (Focuses on Fusion Summoning Dark Paladin)

Pick one, then I'll give you a deck list for them.

Also, Premature Burial is Banned as well.

theres another type of a Spellcaster deck..

Skilless Village (using secret village of the spellcasters, "Skill Drain",and some spellcaster beatsticks like gemini elf and skilled dark magician, and lock the opponents from using their effects and spells) or a regular Village lock (Using secret village of the spellcasters and royal decree to lock the opponents from using spells or traps..)

Dark Magician Support might be nice. That would be like DMG and Sage's Stone and stuff, right?

Dark Magician Support, huh? Alright then...try the following:

Monsters: 20

3x Dark Magician

2x DMG

3x Skilled DM

2x Breaker

2x E-Hero Prisma

2x Crystal Seer

2x Frequency Magician

1x Toon Gemini Elf

1x Summoner Monk

1x Sangan

1x Marshmallon

Spells: 14

3x Toon Table of Contents

2x Allure of Darkness

2x Dark Magic Attack

1x Heavy Storm

1x Mystical Space Typhoon

1x Brain Control

1x Lightning Vortex

1x Sage’s Stone

2x Magical Dimension

Traps: 6

1x Call of the Haunted

1x Mirror Force

2x Bottomless Trap Hole

2x Magician’s Circle

Extra: 15

1x Dark Paladin (For Prisma)

14x Random Synchros

DM Support was easier to do in Traditional Format with Dark Magician of Chaos, but this should work for you. I'm sure you're gonna question Toon Table and Prisma, so let me explain:

Toon Table can search for any card with "toon" in its name, including itself. Basically, use Toon Table, search for your second Toon Table, use that Toon Table to search for the third Toon Table, and use the final Toon Table to search for Toon Gemini Elf. What does this do: deck thinning. It cuts down the size of your deck so you can more easily draw what you need. And if you activate all 3 Toon Tables with Skilled Dark Magician on the field, you get instant DM.

As for Prisma: By selecting 1 Fusion Monster and sending one of the Fusion Material Monsters to the grave Prisma's name becomes the same as the sent monster's, in this case, Dark Magician since Dark Paladin is the Fusion Monster. This allows you to use Dark Magic Attack since Prisma is now known as Dark Magician.

I also included Frequency Magician as your tuner, so you can use synchros like Stardust Dragon, Black Rose, and so on.
