RavenArchangel
IDK what to tell you bro. If you leave it with just plain tributeing its too hard to have BEWD and REBD out at the same time. Removing them from the grave makes it more like Chaos Sorcerer not more like a fusion. Unless you consider it a fusion of thier spirits. If your going to leave the sychro part then you need to specify which sychro or it makes it way to OP'd. If you want it to be a baby of the two I would make a babe BEBD and then use it like Red-Eyes Black Chic for your BEBD or something....IDK. That seems kinda lame to me and I wouldn't use it to be honest.Baby that has grown up. Babies don't stay babies forever dude. But I don't intend for it to have a chick card because chicks are weak cards, and for this one rather pointless. It doesn't require both, it requires one or the other but is the union of both. Wierd I know, but that makes it easier to summon, plus it is not a fusion, I just made it that way so it wasn't TOO easy to summon, due to the fact I wanted it to have more attack than Blue Eyes. Plus, removing from graveyard (Didn't realize thats what you said) would weaken my deck, not strengthen it. Removing from play is a rule I wish didn't exist in Yugioh actually. There's gotta be plenty of other ways to make cards that require such fair. But this is getting my brain thinking at least..
ragnarok1945
you didn't say WHEN it can destroy 1 monster on the field, nor did you say how many times you can use that effect, so that makes it OPed already It's not even difficult to summon to the field, so that makes it even more OPed 4/

When its summoned. Isn't that clear from reading it? >.> As for not that difficult, yeah but how do I fix that? The whole point of this thread wasn't to say "this card sucks" or "rocks" but how to make it less OP. Did you even read the thread?
ragnarok1945
you can start by saying you have to removing 1 Red Eyes AND 1 Blue Eyes from the field from play that should make it a little harder
RavenArchangel
you can start by saying you have to removing 1 Red Eyes AND 1 Blue Eyes from the field from play that should make it a little harderThat's too difficult a way to summon this, and requires remove from play, which none of my deck will use. Is there a way to make the monster more fair other than that?
Havok_SCO
Not with it being a special summon to be honest. On that note, what kind of dragon deck doesn't work well with removed monsters? I'm pretty sure with the implementation of cards like Dragon's Mirror and Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, most people have built thier dragon decks to work around such issuses. Why do you want to keep REBD and BEWD in the grave so bad for?

herbie
mehthis has been done too many times beforeyour ocg is pretty shockingthis card is way too easy to summon, you could just tribute a red-eyes wyvern or red-eyes b. chick for a ATK/3500 monsterand im guessing you dont know how to synchro summon monsters, judging by this cards effectit's level is just too high to be useful in all but 1 synchro monster[spoiler=OCG fix (i hope)]This Card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 card with "Red-Eyes" or "Blue-Eyes" in it's name. This card's Attribute is also treated as LIGHT. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 monster on the field. You can substitute this card for any 1 Fusion Material Monster. When you do this, the other Fusion Material Monster(s) must be the correct one(s). i dunno how to incorporate the syncho part into it because it's just not possible 3/
