Here is just a little fix for your effect:

"This card can only be Ritual Summoned by the Ritual Spell Card "Divine Secret". When this card is Summoned, all of your opponent's monsters cannot declare an attack for 5 turns. Once per turn, you can show your hand to your opponent to gain 100 points for each Effect Monster in your hand."

 

But aside from that, it's good. 6/10.

If you take Starly's advice on the OCG, and find a non-blurry pic, then make the Ritual Spell to go with it, it will be quite good. Snce it is a first card...5.2/10.
