You're supposed to say that you have to offer monsters of 8 stars or more from the hand or field to summon Draco As for the ritual monster itself, its effect is boring with just atk/def gain, and 1500 base atk/def is too low for it anyway 5/10 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
