I tried to find positive aspects of these cards instead of looking at the bad, but in doing so, I noticed that the Serpent monster is pretty much the same card as Five God Dragon. (Er... "Five Headed Dragon") I suppose the pics are good, but since I mentioned it, I'll go ahead and politely point out what's wrong.

 

Spelled Serpent wrong.

"5 Dragon-Type monsters"

Why make dragons into a sea serpent?

Only yellow cards can have meaningless text written on them, an effectless fusion card is left blank, but whatever.

Some set/circulation/serial numbers left blank

A pumpkin with an evil mind.

Jack o is labelled as a divine-beast, but does not have the DIVINE attribute symbol.

It's not very "divine" if you ask me.
