no i think its just find, becuase if your opponent has only dark monsters on the field, then there all gone, which means this card could attack his life points directly, so you cant beef it up anymore =/ 9/10 good job! =) keep it up! 8)

It's a bit overpowered. I was never good at ratings, but here's the problem I see: DNA Transplant. Even if their opponent had nothing on the field, a player could activate Transplant, chain something like Ojama Trio, then summon this guy. With this particular combo, we'll say the opponent was a real idiot and had no backrow. That's 2300 damage and no loss of cards from your hand since you got a +3 to replace the 3 cards you used.
