[align=center]Ah, greetings, wanderer. How are you this fine evening? No, you don't need to answer that. You're horrible. You have been wandering for days in nothing but empty wasteland stalked by mutated monsters and bandits who wish only to maim you and take what little you have left. You're starving and your DNA is probably twisted like a kitten with a ball of yarn after daring to drink contaminated irradiated water. You are lonely and you have nothing left, and if you die it will be a joy that you will have departed this nuclear Hell on Earth.

Well, look no further, wanderer, for you are amount friends! Welcome to the Central Community, your port in the storm in this radiated hell! Here we offer shelter, a good water source, food... but not without a price. We wish for no money, but we won't let any poor shmuck in this perpetual Garden of Eden! You will have to earn your keep, and in return we offer you as a citizen in the Central Community! Interested? Well, apply at our Entrance Kiosk just behind me.

[spoiler=(INFO)Missions]

Each Day a Citizen will be appointed a Mission to complete for the benefit of the Central Community. This may vary from job to job, but completing Missions and running other errands will allow you to rise in rank and status in the Community. Completing Missions also offers Experience, which can raise your overall Level. The higher your Level, the higher your respect and status. But, if you fail to complete any of your Missions then you are of no benefit to the Community and will become an Exile. So complete your Missions!

[spoiler=(INFO)Houses]

Central Community is a rather large settlement, and of course offers shelter for those who need it. Of course, first come first serve, and if a citizen finds no room available in the Houses, he can either build a House (which will take some time and resources) or pay room and board in another Player's house.

[spoiler=(INFO)Money] Members can obtain money from doing Missions or looting it from enemies they have defeated. You can use Central Money to buy things from Shops and pay room and board for other members.

[spoiler=Nukem Real Estate]

HELLO, and welcome to Nukem Real Estate, post-apocalyptic North America's first authority on residence and shelter! I'm Daniel Sly, you're local Central Community real estate agent! We currently have 10 houses available, my my my! Apply for a House here!
