[spoiler=Lore]You can only Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck by removing from play 1 Rock-type monster from your Graveyard and 1 non-EARTH or non-Rock-Type monster from either Graveyard. (You do not use "Polymerization".) While this card is face-up on the field, it is also treated as a DARK monster. Once during either player's turn, you can remove from play 1 Rock-type monster from your Graveyard to negate the activation of an Effect Monster's effect.

Might be a little on the OP side, meh

Since he's going to be treated as DARK, shouldn't it be a "Fiend-type or DARK monster..."? While this card is face-up on the field, its attribute is also treated as DARK. Once, during either player's turn, you can remove from play 1 Rock-type monster from your Graveyard to negate the activation of an Effect Monster's effect and destroy it?.

Minor fixes, I'm not absolutely sure, but I think these make a tiny bit more sense. It's just like a UP dark gaia, huh. I personally don't really like it because of the similarity to Dark Gaia, but that's not a valid reason to penalize you. It's a good card anways. 8/10

I dont like the idea of it destroying the monster after it negates it. if it was a Fiend-Type it would give it more strength than being a rock, and the DARK is just an add on.

I'm kind of confused. You mean if the card itself was a fiend it would "give it more strength" or if the fusion material was? If it was the fusion material, I agree because it would be easier to pull of, though I guess you were going for quick summoning, no?
