When this card is Synchro Summoned roll a six-sided die. Put Hope Counters on it equal to the number rolled (Max. 6). This card gains 200 ATK for each Hope counter on it. When this card attacks or is attacked, you can remove all Hope counters from it to destroy the monster battling it, without applying Damage calculation. During each Standby Phase, if this card does not have a Hope counter(s) on it, increase its ATK by 200.

No, just the first one it battles. You have to remove all the counters off of it, so you can't use the effect over and over... please read more carefully!

OCG: As OCG goes, it needs work. At least, it's MUCH more fun reading the effect than most of the other Level 1 members' cards on this site.

 

Effect: The effect is fine. Nothing to be mad at or amused by. The effect is a bit boring, but I guess this card can be a good attacking card, but 8 star to summon it? Too much for my taste.

 

Image and Name: This image is EXTREMELY overused. Everytime I see a Card with the name "Dark" and "Dragon" on it, this image is always there, but I can't blame you. So take this as... a warning. As for the name. I don't see the Hope that this dragon can give, it's more like;

"I'm gonna destroy you all!" than "I'm gonna save you all!"

 

Overall: 6.1/10

Yes 8 stars to summon it, it seems fairly easy to do, since LV4 tuners are becoming abundant.

Image and Name, well, the HOPE part, I don't know where it came from I guess, dark or evilish to your opponent and hopeful to you, since it can be good to get rid of a pesky monster... think of it as a juiced up turbo booster.

and I was hoping that the pic wouldn't be OU, but figures...

I see your point of view and very well what do you mean, but many people on this site know that I'm a harsh critic even for beginner like you. I say what's on my mind and what I don't and like about cards, sets and etc...

 

What I'm trying mostly to do here is to put my ideas on a Reply, post it and let the creator knows what I think about his/her card. Plus, I could be MUCH more harsh on you if I could, but I didn't. Why? Because I'm in a good mood and I'm lighter with my rants on beginners.

 

I also believe that 6.1 is a good mark. Take it like a 61% on your exam. It's not fabulous, but you pass and there's always a chance to get a higher mark.

I guess I could, but it was supposed to be a one-hit thing, you know? Just take out one monster that's been bothering ya, and then well, life goes on, lol. Also, good synchro material for Trident Dragion with Magna Drago...
