Frozen Judgment
This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set by removing from play 3 EARTH monsters from your Graveyard when your opponent attacks you directly while there is a "Mountain" Field Spell Card on the field. When this card is Summoned successfully, destroy all monsters on the field with a lower ATK than the ATK of this card. If this card attacks, flip this card face-down at the end of the Battle Phase. When this card is flipped face-down, place it in your Spell and Trap Card Zone. This card cannot be flipped face-up while this card is in your Spell and Trap Card Zone except by its own effect. If a monster your opponent controls attacks while this card is in your Spell and Trap Card Zone and there is a "Mountain" Field Spell Card on the field, flip this card face-up and place it in your Monster Card Zone, then, switch the attack target to this card.

Lord Smeagle
You kidding? If this beastly beast is hanging around somewhere, I'm going hiking tomorrow. Incidentally, it seems like one of those cards that is best used by not being used. That is, your opponent sees you with a "Mountain" and, knowing this card's lore, figures this is the only reason you'd be running "Mountain", so they don't attack. Kind of like nuclear weapons. 9.5/

Brawler_1337
Whoa. I don't think I've ever seen a more unique effect. Perhaps a little OPed, but the Summoning condition kinda balances that out. The only modification I would make to the effect would be to probably expand the Summoning conditions for the card--maybe just Field Spell Cards in general, just to make it so it's not limited only to a Mountain. Thus, it's slightly easier to summon and a little more unpredictable; you could be running a Yami and it could still be lurking in wait for a Summon. You could also design a Field Spell specifically for this card (and perhaps other cards like it) to make it work. This is only a personal suggestion; it's not necessary. As for OCG errors, I see none at this time, although I would think that these Summoning conditions are more likely for a Special Summon than a Normal Summon. If you summon it during your opponent's turn, what's the point of it being a Normal Summon? You can also delete the unnecessary comma after the last "then." Awesome pic. Overall, I give a 9.75/10. I'm freakin' impressed! I'd totally put this in any Beast or Earth Deck.
Frozen Judgment
Thanks! I wanted it to have something to do with "Mountains" because doesn't it look like it's a mountain creature? Also, about the OCG, I'll make the changes later. Brawler_1337
Well, I can see why you made it only so you could Summon it with a "Mountain." Maybe you could maker different types of "Mountain" Field Spells to compliment the card? That way it's not so limited.

ragnarok1945
you call that scary? You see this all the time on the HP films and LOTR ones Anyways, the effect looks well balanced out (especially the first since it applies to both sides), and the OCG is solid 9.6/
Frozen Judgment
@ ragnarok Thanks, and yeah, I know it isn't scary. It was just a gimmick to get more posts. It isn't working so far... D:
