summoning conditions are a little unrealistic

maybe make it level 8 or 9

also in the required cards section it should say

"1 or more DARK non-Tuner monster(s) - 1 DARK Tuner"

otherwise it would have to be all tuner monsters which isnt possible

also in dark synchro monsters they have grey text before the actual effect that says;

"In order to Special Summon this card, subtract the Level of a Dark Tuner monster from the Level of 1 other monster you control; the value must equal the Level of this card."
