Unoriginal name perhaps. Still, could you rate this card please and maybe give and OCG fix; it tried my best but I think there are still some errors.

Lore:

When this card is Special Summoned, place 1 Cinia Counter on this card (max. 5) for each face-up Trap Card on the field. Once per turn, you can remove 1 Cinia Counter from this card to destroy 1 face-up non-FIRE monster OR 1 face-down monster on the field. When this card attacks, it loses 100 ATK x the Level of the last monster it destroyed with it's effect. When this card is destroyed, your opponent draws 1 card for each Cinia Counter on this card.

It's also quit UP, a card that can't be Normal Summoned needs to have a really good effect.

the effect is relatively balanced out, except you didn't give it a specific summoning requirement

 

and because of that, it's considered Oped

What? Some people are saying it is UP some are saying OP and others are saying brilliant? How do I edit it? Actually, Ragnarok, it isn't OP, because it's positive effect can only activate if it has been special summoned.
