herbie
Made the pic myself =Pnot sure on my ocg thoughcorrections would probz be helpful [spoiler=Effect]This card can only be activated when you select an opponent's monster as an attack target or your opponent selects a monster you control as an attack target. Remove 1 monster in your Graveyard from play with an ATK that is higher than the difference of the ATK of the 2 monsters and destroy the opponent's monster. Both player's take damage equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster.

ragnarok1945
a little like Ring of Destruction's effect, but it's quite balanced out I'm not sure if the pic fits the name very well though 8.6/
herbie
i changed it a littlefixed ocg errors that were pointed outand originally i made it so it was uneffectd by cards like stardust/prime material by removing the opponent's monster instead of destroying it, but i though that made it a little too powerful and the pic is meant to be someone getting attacked by a test tiger and shooting it before it kills them (obviously the gun symbolizes the spell itself and shooting it is destroying the opponent's monster)also i wonder if anyone noticed that the gun and hand i stole from counterstrike =P
