it's a little too powerful imo

you could summon a monster

then use this,your turn is ended

your opponent draws, their turn is ended

you draw, your turn ends

your opponent draws, their turn ends

your turn, you can now summon

it would be almost impossible for them to set any defences at all

maybe make it so that you have cannot Summon during the turn you activate it

or maybe make it so you can only activate it at the start of main phase 1, kinda like cold wave
