That's basically "We're banning you for knowingly making posts we would label as stupid, pointless, or annoying." They can label anything as stupid, pointless, or annoying. Also, presumed intent. No one likes to admit they are wrong, but when public outlook makes everyone know that that person is wrong, they will often stand by their decisions.
