Like I said in my "Very First Card" Thread, I'm makin' a Set called -The Executors-. Who commented there knows =] - This is a preview of the Set, and my 100TH Post Card, so, please, comment! =p

This card can only be Synchro Summoned. When this card is Synchro Summoned succesfully, you can Special Summon 1 4 or lower Level monster from your Hand face-up on the field. When that monster is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, if your opponent has no Spell or Trap Cards in his/her field, this card can attack twice this turn.

I don't know what you can make better, because it's an Awsesome card!! It works well with big eye or Freed the Matchless General. Awesome pic too.

for the monster effect, I wouldn't negate its effect PERMANENTLY, that's too much of a drawback

 

1 turn negation should be enough

your Lava Executioner should have another effect while it is on the field

 

As for the tokens summoned when it's destroyed, you should also state those tokens can't attack
