3) The card name must include "Chuck Norris" or "Walker Texas Ranger" in it.

4) The card must be a Normal Monster.

5) The card Description must be one of the "Chuck Norris Facts" listed on the internet. The funnier the fact, the better your card will score.

 

Everything else on the card is up to you.
